How the Past Affects Us
In the Cellular Memory we find a full registry of all our experiences, of which we have different memories: pleasant, unpleasant, anguishing, happy, etc., according to the case.
This registries stay always with us, and in certain moments, in front of similar situations, the come out unconsciously keeping us from moving forward or achieve certain goals.
It’s like when we wish to start something that, in certain aspect, is similar to a past situation that caused some kind of pain. Because of this, we cannot start what we want, because unconsciously we try to avoid this pain, already registered.
This impediment is at an unconscious level, and that’s why we don’t know its cause, no matter what attitude we take, we never move, generating a new feeling of frustration, added to the ones already registered.
Through the Cellular Memory we can detect this impediment (painful memory) that stops us from moving on, working on it to completely heal it, and it is instantly reversed, incorporating then in our cellular memory the register of a new and healed feeling in front of this situation. Because of having a new registry with a non painful and pleasant experience, the barrier in front of certain goals disappears and with it the obvious posterior frustration feeling.
While I was studying the Gonçalves Method, I could work with a series of blocking I had myself.
